Chris’ desire to empower each client with knowledge and practical awareness around his/her wellness plan fuels his passion for consistent up-leveling and professional development. He has completed hundreds of hours in specialized training, including a variety of functional modalities and experiential body work with clients. He is co-owner and operator of 180 Therapies.
Denise was introduced to massage therapy in 1994 and decided that massage therapy was the field she wanted to invest in. Since graduating from the Daytona Institute of Massage Therapy in 1995, Denise has explored many avenues of the massage industry. She has worked for chiropractors, owned her own spa and worked in the franchise industry.
Troy is passionate about helping people eliminate chronic pain and improve the quality of daily living. His personal experience with pain, confusion and frustrations through his own continuing journey to better health is why he believes the path to wellness must be intimately constructed for each individual.
Rhonda has been drawn to natural healing most of her adult life; It started as a way to treat her migraines but grew as she started her family. Always a mother first, she uses various natural means of caring for her family. Her passion for natural health has led her to investigate herbal medicine, aromatherapy, massage therapy, and acupuncture.
Joy likes to let her kindness and compassion show in her work. Her experience in hands on experiential education and children with special needs allows her to have a firm hand and an empathetic heart in order to help those in pain. Her knowledge of the human body is vast and ever expanding as she is always wanting to learn and experience more in order to deliver a better experience to her clients each and every time. She has a bachelor's in Outdoor leadership from Warren Wilson College and graduated from the Western North Carolina school of massage in Asheville, NC.
