Our priority is your health and safety.
We understand that, for many of our patients, the decision to make an in-person therapy appointment is not an easy one. That’s why we’re doing everything in our power to make our clinic as safe as possible for our staff and our clients.
Here are just a few of the safety investments we have taken at Veridical Therapies:
- HEPA filters in every room
- Hand sanitizing stations throughout the clinic
- PPE equipment for staff and patients (face shields, respirators, masks, and gloves)
- A strict cleaning regimen between patient visits and throughout the day
- Staggered scheduling for social distancing
- Compulsory patient safety guidelines
HEPA Filters
We have installed HEPA room purifiers in each room, as well as the lobby. We’ve also upgraded our HVAC to a HEPA grade filter.
Touchless Hand Sanitizing Stations
Touchless hand sanitizers have been installed outside each treatment room. A touchless soap dispenser can be found in the restroom as well.
Three Stage Filtration Respirators
Three-stage filtration respirators have been purchased for every staff member. We’ll also have masks and latex-free gloves available for our patients.
Standardized Cleaning Protocols
We've implemented rigorous cleaning protocols to help assure our clients of a clean and sanitary facility. We use a mix of cleaning agents, including Microban QGC virucide, fungicide, and anti-bacterial.
Compulsory Patient Safety Guidelines
In an effort to keep our patients and staff safe and healthy, we’ll be enforcing a couple base-line patient safety guidelines. As per new NC protocol, all patients will be required to wear a mask during their session. We will also be limiting the number of patients allowed in the lobby area. For your convenience, please plan to arrive on time (and not early) for your appointment.
Upon arrival, patients will also be asked to complete a temperature check and sign a consent form before receiving treatment.
